All prices in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders charged at price displayed at time of purchase.
3. Shipping
Orders ship within 48 business hours. Free shipping on all orders. Delivery: France 2–5 days, EU 3–7 days, Rest of World 5–14 days.
4. Returns & refunds
30-day return window from receipt, any reason, free of charge. Refunds within 48h of receiving the return. Product must be in original packaging.
5. Warranty
2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Filter cartridges are consumables and not covered. Contact us with order number and photos.
6. Payment
Payments processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay. Card data never stored on our servers.
7. Applicable law
Governed by French law. Disputes subject to French courts jurisdiction.
