Where is my order?

A tracking email was sent as soon as your order shipped. Delivery takes 2–7 business days internationally. Check your spam folder or contact us with your order email if you haven't received it.

How do I replace the filter cartridge?

The cartridge replaces in under 30 seconds, no tools needed. Unscrew the shower head cap, remove the old cartridge, insert the new one. Replacement cartridges are available separately.

My shower head has a defect — what should I do?

Contact us with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement immediately, no need to return the defective item.
